School Psychologist - Seattle, WA

Utilizing your expertise, you’ll serve as a vital resource, providing psychological evaluations, counseling, and consultation services to foster positive learning environments and support student success.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Hold a valid School Psychologist licensure/certification applicable to Washington state requirements
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
• Effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to provide direct and indirect psychological services and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about student advocacy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing professional insight for student support plans
• Deliver crisis intervention and prevention strategies within the school community
• Maintain accurate and confidential records to comply with state and federal mandates
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate
