Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid certification/license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with K-12 student populations
• Proficient in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement student support plans
• Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to support student learning and well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as required
• Develop and monitor individualized education and behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and schoolwide support initiatives
• Document and report on the progress of students, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards
