Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • Active state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of comprehensive psychological evaluations and testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ needs and strengths
  • Analyze results and prepare detailed reports for students’ support teams
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide consultation, intervention strategies, and support within an assigned caseload spanning 1-2 schools
  • Participate in ongoing meetings and multidisciplinary teams to address students' educational and behavioral needs
  • Remain up-to-date on best practices, compliance, and ethical guidelines in the field
