Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Active state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of comprehensive psychological evaluations and testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ needs and strengths
- Analyze results and prepare detailed reports for students’ support teams
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide consultation, intervention strategies, and support within an assigned caseload spanning 1-2 schools
- Participate in ongoing meetings and multidisciplinary teams to address students' educational and behavioral needs
- Remain up-to-date on best practices, compliance, and ethical guidelines in the field
