The position is full-time at 40 hours per week and may require travel between school sites depending on assessment needs.

You’ll play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic and social-emotional goals—directly impacting outcomes across multiple campuses in the Mobile, AL, area.

What You'll Need:

  • Current, active Alabama school psychology license
  • Ability to provide documentation of licensure upon request
  • Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and writing professional reports
  • Proficiency in providing services to K-12 students
  • Flexibility to work as an itinerant psychologist if needed
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to being on site, as remote options are not available

Your Responsibilities:

  • Complete psychoeducational evaluations for referred students across various grade levels
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and behavioral needs
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Travel to assigned campuses as needed for testing and meetings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by the district
