Per Diem School Psychologist - Seneca, South Carolina

As a valued assessment consultant, you’ll conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute your knowledge during critical eligibility meetings—either in person or virtually, depending on district needs. This approach empowers you to work autonomously and manage your own schedule, with compensation based on each completed assessment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Department of Education School Psychologist Certification (Level I, II, or III)
• Master’s, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Experience in school-based evaluations preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
• Ability to efficiently manage assessment timelines and work collaboratively across disciplines

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct initial evaluations and reevaluations, including psychoeducational, behavioral, social-emotional, adaptive, attention/executive functioning, and autism-focused assessments as needed
• Select and document appropriate assessment tools, ensuring parent consent is obtained before administration
• Review background records and collaborate with teachers and parents to inform your evaluations
• Complete evaluations within 30 calendar days of consent and submit reports within 7 days of testing completion
• Present findings and recommendations during eligibility meetings
• Coordinate logistics and provide all necessary assessment materials
• Follow all district visitor and confidentiality protocols
