A school psychologist position is available at a school located in Seymour, IN, offering an onsite, full-time contract role from ASAP through May 21, 2026. This opportunity involves supporting a student population across three buildings with a primary focus on special education evaluations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting approximately 70 psychoeducational evaluations annually
- Collaborating closely with school staff and families to support diverse student needs
- Participating in monthly team meetings and reporting to the district supervisor
- Ensuring compliance with special education law and eligibility determination processes
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Valid license to practice school psychology in Indiana
- Proven experience with psychoeducational assessments and special education eligibility determination preferred
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and compliance requirements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and families
This role requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM, in an onsite environment. The ideal candidate will be organized and capable of managing a demanding caseload with dedication to student success.
