School Psychologist in Seymour, IN

This contract opportunity involves working onsite, Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, at a supportive district near Seymour, IN. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and administration across three school buildings to ensure that evaluations and services meet each student’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct approximately 70 special education evaluations annually, utilizing a variety of psychoeducational assessment tools
• Travel between three locations within the district to provide timely and accurate support
• Participate in monthly interdisciplinary meetings to plan, discuss cases, and develop best practices
• Work directly under the guidance of the district supervisor
• Engage with families and staff, providing consultation and recommendations tailored to student learning and behavioral needs
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal special education law

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Indiana School Psychologist license (required)
• Prior experience performing psychoeducational assessments and eligibility determinations preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of special education regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
