Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct approximately 70 psychoeducational evaluations annually to assess student eligibility for special education services.
- Work across three school buildings, adapting to unique student populations and building strong relationships with teams at each site.
- Participate actively in monthly team meetings, contributing to problem-solving, planning, and the continuous improvement of student support services.
- Maintain meticulous compliance with special education requirements, documenting findings and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Report directly to the district supervisor, collaborating closely to align efforts with district goals and policies.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid Indiana School Psychologist license.
- Demonstrated experience in psychoeducational assessments and eligibility determination processes is strongly preferred.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of special education laws, rules, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Display a commitment to equity, professionalism, and ongoing professional growth.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM (onsite, contract position).
