A K-12 educational institution in Shawnee, KS is seeking a full-time School Psychologist for the 2025-2026 school year, from July 28, 2025, to May 22, 2026. This onsite contract position focuses on providing comprehensive psychological services to support student development and academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations for K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Provide expert consultation and communication regarding student needs and progress
- Contribute to program planning and development to enhance school-wide psychological services
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Kansas Teaching Certificate with School Psychologist endorsement is required
- Proven experience or training in conducting assessments and evaluations within K-12 educational settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
