Certified Elementary School Psychologist - Shelburne, VT

Qualifications:

• Valid state certification and license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and a commitment to serving diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective support strategies
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Generate comprehensive reports and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support students across all grade levels to help them realize their full potential
• Offer crisis intervention and prevention services as needed
