Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid certification and state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably across K-12 (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to develop effective intervention strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative spirit, with proven experience working alongside educators, administrators, and families
- Commitment to fostering safe and inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support as needed
- Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on learning, behavioral, and emotional concerns
- Deliver professional development and guidance on mental health topics
- Contribute to positive school climates by promoting social-emotional learning and restorative practices
