Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification and state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably across K-12 (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to develop effective intervention strategies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Collaborative spirit, with proven experience working alongside educators, administrators, and families
• Commitment to fostering safe and inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support as needed
• Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on learning, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Deliver professional development and guidance on mental health topics
• Contribute to positive school climates by promoting social-emotional learning and restorative practices
