Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, interventions, and counseling for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement strategies for student success
  • Conduct evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education services
  • Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Provide crisis intervention and behavioral consultation as needed
  • Offer support and professional insights to staff and families to foster a positive, inclusive school climate

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington School Psychologist certification (or eligibility for certification through OSPI)
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • Experience in elementary and/or middle school settings preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering equity and supporting diverse student needs

This full-time, onsite position consists of 40 hours per week, exclusively at district locations (hybrid or remote work not available). You’ll find yourself supported by a dedicated team in a close-knit community that values every member’s expertise and care. The role is open to both local and travel professionals ready to bring their skills to a new adventure in Washington.
