Key Qualifications:

• Eligibility for Washington certification through OSPI is required
• Experience or strong interest in elementary and/or middle school caseloads
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Comfortable working onsite, as hybrid/remote options are not available
• Welcoming applications from travel professionals who meet state certification requirements
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide individual and group counseling, supporting social and emotional growth
• Consult with teachers and staff on strategies and interventions
• Work collaboratively to foster a positive, inclusive school climate
• Serve as a resource for assessment data and behavioral supports
• Engage with families to promote student learning and well-being
