Key Qualifications:
- Eligibility for Washington certification through OSPI is required
- Experience or strong interest in elementary and/or middle school caseloads
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Comfortable working onsite, as hybrid/remote options are not available
- Welcoming applications from travel professionals who meet state certification requirements
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide individual and group counseling, supporting social and emotional growth
- Consult with teachers and staff on strategies and interventions
- Work collaboratively to foster a positive, inclusive school climate
- Serve as a resource for assessment data and behavioral supports
- Engage with families to promote student learning and well-being
