An opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support student success within a dynamic educational environment. This role involves providing psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions to help students overcome academic, social, and emotional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to students’ unique needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to promote positive student outcomes.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as required.
• Travel within the region to various school sites as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse student populations.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and travel between schools.

Location: This position is based in Shreveport, LA, with required travel to surrounding schools to provide services.
