Qualifications & Experience

• Licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (required for Illinois)
• Experience supporting elementary school caseloads, especially K–2
• Deep understanding of IEP/504 processes, special education, and MTSS
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills
• Comfort with primarily team-focused work, with minimal direct student minutes
• Previous participation in eligibility, MTSS, and problem-solving meetings a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead eligibility, IEP, 504, and problem-solving/MTSS meetings
• Coordinate and facilitate special education team operations
• Oversee an elementary caseload (~75 students with IEPs)
