Qualifications:
- Certification and licensure as a School Psychologist (must be eligible in IL)
- Experience working with elementary aged students preferred (K-2)
- Ability to facilitate IEP and eligibility meetings
- Familiarity with MTSS/problem-solving processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week, 7:45 A.M. - 2:55 P.M.
- Lead the special education team for approximately 75 students with IEPs
- Facilitate eligibility, IEP, 504, and problem-solving/MTSS meetings
- Minimal direct minutes with students; occasional evaluation components (e.g., cognitive testing)
- Coordinate and manage documentation and team collaboration
