In this role, you'll work at the middle school level, joining forces with a Speech-Language Pathologist to co-treat a manageable caseload. Your expertise will support students both individually and in small group settings, blending counseling and assessment responsibilities with active participation in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure
- Experience with middle school-aged students preferred
- Skills in individual and group counseling
- Ability to collaborate with SLPs and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational evaluations
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Co-treat a small caseload with a dedicated SLP
- Provide targeted individual and small group counseling
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to IEP planning
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
