What you’ll need:
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure/certification (or eligibility) as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practices
• Effective at guiding teams through eligibility processes and interpreting evaluation data
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and interpret eligibility meetings and worksheets
• Conduct cognitive testing, behavior rating scales, student evaluations, and classroom observations
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams for child study, re-evaluations, eligibility, manifestation, and termination meetings
• Work in tandem with Educational Diagnosticians for achievement assessments
• Contribute to developing supportive educational strategies and interventions
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and reporting
