This position is based near Smyrna, DE, offering an engaging mix of onsite commitment with the flexibility of two remote workdays each week. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Delaware
  • Previous experience in K-12 settings preferred
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment, intervention planning, and supporting IEP teams
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to maintain clear documentation and confidentiality in all cases

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
  • Interpret assessment data and contribute to the development of effective IEPs
  • Provide targeted interventions and counseling services to enhance student well-being and learning outcomes
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to design and implement evidence-based supports
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and help develop prevention strategies for student safety and mental health
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
