School Psychologist - Soldiers Grove, WI

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience providing psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions in a K-12 setting preferred
• Strong skills in consultation, behavioral intervention, and crisis response
• Familiarity with IEP processes, special education regulations, and individualized student planning
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Interpret assessment results and make recommendations for educational planning
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with the development of IEPs
• Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and mental health
• Deliver crisis intervention services and serve as a resource for behavioral emergencies
• Remain current with best practices and maintain thorough documentation
