What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed or eligible school psychologist experienced with early childhood or Pre-K
• Familiarity with behavioral interventions and progress monitoring for young learners
• Strong consultation and communication skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Capable of independent, onsite work (no virtual/VOCO assignments)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the First Step Transition program for Pre-K students at the Special Needs and Abilities Preschool (SNAP)
• Deliver early behavioral interventions, classroom consultation, and family engagement
• Collaborate with school professionals during two-day multidisciplinary assessment events
• Manage a typical caseload of approximately 70 students, primarily focused on preschool evaluations
• Provide transition support to ensure social-emotional and academic readiness
