What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed or eligible school psychologist experienced with early childhood or Pre-K
- Familiarity with behavioral interventions and progress monitoring for young learners
- Strong consultation and communication skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Capable of independent, onsite work (no virtual/VOCO assignments)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the First Step Transition program for Pre-K students at the Special Needs and Abilities Preschool (SNAP)
- Deliver early behavioral interventions, classroom consultation, and family engagement
- Collaborate with school professionals during two-day multidisciplinary assessment events
- Manage a typical caseload of approximately 70 students, primarily focused on preschool evaluations
- Provide transition support to ensure social-emotional and academic readiness
