Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Vermont
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Experience with IEP development and intervention planning
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and functional behavior assessments
• Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior support
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being
