Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Completed graduate degree in School Psychology
• MA state licensure (or eligibility) as a School Psychologist
• Experience in conducting comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations
• Strong understanding of special education practices and IEP development
• Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence
• Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in K-12 settings preferred
• Interest in working with students with emotional and social needs, including Elis psych, welcomed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services for students
• Consult with educators, families, and outside agencies regarding student strategies and accommodations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and progress monitoring
• Develop and deliver workshops or professional development on pertinent topics for faculty and staff
