Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification, or eligibility to obtain one
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Strong background in psychoeducational assessment, report writing, and counseling
• Proficient in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
• Experience with diverse student populations is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students’ academic and social-emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation and strategies to staff regarding classroom management, interventions, and crisis response
• Facilitate small group and individual counseling sessions as needed
• Maintain thorough and confidential student records in alignment with state and federal regulations
