School Psychologist in Spanish Fort, AL

A contract opportunity is available for credentialed School Psychologists to serve several school sites throughout the Mobile, AL region. This full-time, on-site role spans from October 1, 2026, to May 26, 2027, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance into the Extended School Year (ESY) and Next School Year (NSY). Key Qualifications:

• Active Alabama School Psychologist license required (must provide proof with application)
• Prior experience working with K–12 students preferred
• Ability to adapt to itinerant scheduling across multiple sites, as location assignments may vary
• Skilled in conducting assessments, writing reports, and communicating results with educators and families
• Strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students in grades K–12
• Participate in eligibility and assessment meetings as required by district standards
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and other professionals on intervention strategies and academic supports
• Prepare clear, detailed documentation and maintain accurate student records
• Provide recommendations for individualized education planning and support positive learning outcomes
