Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting evaluations and assessments for students with diverse backgrounds
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and response-to-intervention frameworks
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological evaluations and interpret assessment data for special education eligibility and program planning
  • Provide individual and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention support
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to design and implement effective interventions
  • Assist in developing behavioral management plans and support strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the decision-making process for students’ educational plans
  • Support a positive and inclusive school climate by promoting mental health awareness
