Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of MTSS/RTI frameworks and special education compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ learning, behavior, and emotional challenges
• Provide recommendations for interventions, accommodations, and support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and guide educational planning
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and crisis intervention as needed
• Deliver individual and group counseling, consultation, and prevention services
• Support positive behavioral and mental health initiatives within the school environment
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
