Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid school psychologist licensure in Washington, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Master’s or specialist degree in school psychology or related field
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and developing IEPs preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess academic, behavioral, and emotional development
  • Develop intervention strategies and help implement IEPs to support student success
  • Offer direct support and counseling for students individually or in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create proactive solutions
  • Provide crisis intervention and consultation when needed
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation to comply with district and state requirements
