Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in Washington State
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Expertise in conducting psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral assessments, and creating individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Experience providing consultation and intervention services to students, families, and staff
  • Strong communication, report writing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Previous school-based experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs
  • Provide individual and group counseling for students as needed
  • Offer consultation services to teachers and parents regarding student needs and strategies
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support
  • Maintain proper documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate on multi-tiered systems of support and behavior intervention plans
