School Psychologist | Full-Time
We are seeking a qualified School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services within a school-based setting. This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Complete assessments to determine special education eligibility
- Interpret assessment data and prepare thorough, compliant written reports
- Participate in eligibility meetings, Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and parent conferences
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support student outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans and student support services
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable timelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Active Virginia School Psychologist license or credential
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with evaluations, IEP processes, and eligibility determinations
- Strong report writing, organizational, and collaboration skills
