Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology or related field and current state certification/licensure
  • Experience in public or private school settings preferred
  • Skilled in conducting psychological and educational assessments
  • Strong ability in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs and Section 504 plans
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and solution-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and share results with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct and indirect interventions to address academic or behavioral challenges
  • Consult with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
  • Develop and help implement strategies to foster safe, supportive school climates
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multi-tiered systems of support, and crisis intervention teams
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times
