Qualifications:

  • Active School Psychologist certification and current OR state license (required)
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation methods and assessment tools
  • Skilled in conducting comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Familiarity with special education procedures and IEPs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to interpret assessment results and support intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for individualized plans
  • Support a diverse K-12 caseload across multiple school levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Develop and implement behavioral and academic interventions in accordance with best practices
  • Document findings, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
