Qualifications:
- State of Tennessee School Psychologist licensure (required)
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across grade levels
- Interpret assessment results and develop individualized recommendations
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel to design appropriate interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
- Promote positive behavioral supports and mental health awareness within the district
- Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with federal and state guidelines
