Qualifications:
- Active Vermont School Psychologist license (required)
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
- Proficient in conducting educational and psychological assessments
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychological evaluations for K-12 students as assigned
- Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, actionable reports for educational teams
- Participate in eligibility and placement meetings, sharing key findings from testing
- Coordinate with educators, administrators, and guardians regarding assessment outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in school-based assessment
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all state and federal educational regulations
This contract role runs from August through December, with the possibility of renewal.
