Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Active Vermont School Psychologist Certificate (required)
  • Experience providing psychological services to K-12 students preferred
  • Ability to manage a full-time FTE schedule (35–37.5 hours/week)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services throughout the district’s four school buildings
  • Conduct assessments, develop and monitor IEPs, and participate in intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional best practices
