Qualifications:
- Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate (required)
- Background in K-12 student assessment, counseling, and intervention
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, counseling, and intervention services for students across four school buildings
- Support district-wide mental health and behavioral initiatives
- Collaborate with educators, families, and student support teams to develop and implement student plans
- Offer crisis response and consultative services as needed
- Contribute to professional development and program evaluation
