Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Active School Psychologist certification or licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Master’s or Specialist’s degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting student assessments, developing interventions, and contributing to IEP teams
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized strategies
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience within a school setting (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement direct interventions and consultative services for students, families, and staff
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, such as IEPs and 504 plans, providing expertise and recommendations
• Support the school community in creating safe, inclusive, and positive learning environments
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and federal guidelines
