A full-time or part-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Stamford, CT, with hybrid work options now supported by the district. This role involves working in a school setting under a contract arrangement, focusing heavily on evaluations within the student caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to support student learning and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational and psychological standards
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications:

  • Valid Connecticut School Psychologist certification required; candidates with pending certification will be considered
  • Experience managing a heavy evaluation caseload in a school setting preferred
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment and data interpretation
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work primarily in person with hybrid work options now available
