Ideal candidates will have experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for students, specifically those involved in the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE). Your contributions will support individualized student planning and help foster a supportive educational experience.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification
  • Proficient bilingual fluency in Yiddish (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with K-12 student populations
  • Previous experience completing psychological evaluations and producing clear, actionable reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth psychological assessments for K-12 students, with a focus on CPSE-age children
  • Prepare thorough and insightful evaluation reports
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to support students’ learning and emotional needs
  • Manage and prioritize assessments and documentation within the school’s timelines
  • Attend meetings and support case conferences as needed
  • Uphold confidentiality and professional standards in all aspects of work

Schedule & Start Date:

  • Preferred weekly schedule: Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm, Friday 10am-1pm, with reporting work completed after school hours
  • Flexible options for part-time or full-time arrangements
  • Position available for immediate start
