You’ll be a vital resource across Evergreen and South Elementary, managing a range of needs from BCBA responsibilities to direct support for programs focused on autism and emotional growth. The workweek runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, giving you a healthy work-life balance and room to explore in your downtime.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credential
- Experience or training as a BCBA strongly preferred
- Background in Autism Spectrum and Emotional Support programs ideal
- Ability to coordinate, assess, and communicate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and evaluate functional behavioral assessments and individualized education plans
- Collaborate with educators and families on behavioral strategies and interventions
- Support autistic and emotional support classrooms with behavioral analysis and plan implementation
- Communicate progress and recommendations to staff and parents
