As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting student success and well-being throughout the 2026–2027 academic year. This onsite opportunity allows you to connect with students, educators, and families, making a meaningful impact across multiple school settings.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, consultations, and interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop strategies that enhance mental health and academic outcomes
  • Contribute creatively by extending beyond assessment duties; engage in preventative programming, staff consultation, and school-wide initiatives
  • Rotate between assigned buildings alongside other dedicated school psychologists, supporting elementary, middle, and high school students as part of a flexible team structure

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Michigan School Psychologist Certification (or willingness to promptly obtain MI licensure if not already certified—a great fit for out-of-state travelers seeking a new professional adventure)
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required; strong assessment and intervention skills are key
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to student support
  • Commitment to onsite work and building trusting relationships within the school community
