Key Qualifications:

• Skilled in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Demonstrated understanding of IEP processes and participation in meetings
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need
• Observe students in various learning settings and document observations
• Carry out Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as necessary
• Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to intervention plans and student support strategies
• Support the ongoing development of positive behavioral intervention supports and school-wide initiatives
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to staff and families

Compensation for this position ranges from $45/hr to $55/hr, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
