This role is based onsite, providing critical psychological services to students in either three elementary buildings or two middle school buildings. As part of a committed educational community, your skills will help promote academic, emotional, and behavioral success for students.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience working in K-12 settings, particularly at the elementary or middle school level
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to develop and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple school locations during the week

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments, observations, and provide recommendations
  • Support the creation, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop strategies that meet students’ educational and emotional needs
  • Facilitate small group or one-on-one counseling sessions as needed
  • Contribute to interventions and crisis response in alignment with school protocols
  • Maintain compliant documentation and assist with the special education eligibility process

This is a part-time, onsite contract role, offering between 20 and 30 hours per week to fit your schedule. You will work closely with students and dedicated staff, making a direct impact on the school community throughout the school year.
