Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a School Psychologist
  • Prior experience within an elementary or middle school setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Equipped to work across multiple school buildings
  • Collaborative, adaptable approach to working with students, families, and faculty
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct psychological and counseling support to students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and multi-disciplinary teams regarding intervention strategies
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and 504 Plans
  • Offer crisis intervention and ongoing mental health support as needed
  • Consult with parents and staff to promote student well-being and success
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records
