This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering psychological services, collaborating with educators and families, and cultivating a mentally healthy learning environment. In this position, your expertise will contribute to much more than assessments—your leadership and insight will support school-wide initiatives in one or two buildings within a welcoming district.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification (or willingness to obtain MI licensure promptly if coming from out of state)
  • Demonstrated experience in a school setting is an advantage
  • Well-honed skills in student evaluation, intervention planning, and mental health support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Team-oriented and adaptable, eager to partner with educators and families

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
  • Engage in direct support services, consultations, and crisis intervention as needed
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster positive student outcomes
  • Participate in proactive initiatives beyond testing, supporting building-wide programs and interventions
  • Serve as a building resource for staff on behavioral and mental health concerns
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation of student services
