Applicants will support a caseload of approximately 50-60 elementary students, delivering vital psychological services in collaboration with educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist in Michigan
• Recent experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and working in a school-based setting
• Strong understanding of psychological testing, intervention strategies, and special education law
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Compassionate approach to supporting diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for IEP teams
• Develop and implement behavioral interventions and strategies to promote student well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to provide consultation and recommendations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student progress
• Facilitate crisis intervention and counseling as needed for students
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with district and state guidelines
