In this engaging role, you will serve as a key resource for students, educators, and families by providing expert support in academic, behavioral, and mental health areas.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification is required
  • Experience working in PreK-12th grade settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
  • Skilled in collaboration with educators and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for supporting students’ emotional and behavioral well-being

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers to identify student needs and develop strategies for academic success
  • Play an active role in the MTSS process by supporting data-driven intervention planning
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
  • Provide behavioral consultation and intervention to promote positive outcomes
  • Deliver mental health counseling services to students as needed
  • Assist in the creation of safe, supportive learning environments
  • Engage with families to offer insights, support, and resources
