Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification
• Experience working in K–12 settings, with comfort engaging students from elementary through high school
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate test findings in accessible terms
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
• Collaborative approach with teachers, administrators, and parents

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students in grades K–12
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and determine appropriate interventions
• Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers and staff to facilitate positive learning environments
• Engage families, providing recommendations and support for student growth
• Stay current with best practices, ethical standards, and legal requirements in school psychology
