Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification
  • Experience with students in Grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
  • Comprehensive knowledge of assessments, interventions, and special education processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices for student support
  • Ability to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address students’ needs
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives
  • Consult on behavioral strategies and accommodations
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local special education regulations
