Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience supporting students from elementary through high school (grades K-12) is highly desirable
- Strong background in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and developing actionable intervention plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Up-to-date knowledge of educational laws and special education regulations
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students in grades K–12
- Develop and implement targeted intervention strategies to help students access their curriculum and achieve growth
- Participate in the evaluation and planning processes for IEPs, 504 Plans, and other student support services
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to promote student well-being
- Apply current best practices in crisis intervention, behavioral management, and social-emotional learning
- Contribute to professional development initiatives and school improvement projects as needed
