Travel School Psych - Stewartville, Minnesota

A dynamic opportunity is available for a qualified School Psychologist based in Stewartville, MN. This position offers the unique chance to support diverse student populations in educational settings through comprehensive psychological services, assessments, and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for students as necessary
• Utilize data to inform interventions that improve student learning and well-being
• Participate in school-wide initiatives aimed at fostering positive behavioral supports and mental health awareness
• Travel between school locations within the district as required to provide services

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure in Minnesota
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psychological assessments in K-12 settings
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
