School Psychologist - Stone Mountain, GA

With a start in early August 2026 and continuing through late May 2027, you'll play a critical part in fostering student well-being for the entire academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology
• Active licensure as a School Psychologist for the state of Georgia
• Teaching Certification through the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GA PSC)
• Previous experience providing psychological services in a school environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students as assigned
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions and IEPs
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students in a school-based setting
• Provide individual and group counseling as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding best practices in behavior management and learning support
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making

This is a full-time, 40-hours-per-week contract position spanning the 2026-2027 school year, with assignments and caseloads determined prior to your start date.
