Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience providing psychological services in a K-12 school environment
  • Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
  • Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ learning and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention plans
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expert recommendations
  • Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions as appropriate
  • Assist with crisis intervention and provide ongoing support for students facing emotional or behavioral challenges
  • Contribute recommendations for evidence-based interventions and monitor their effectiveness
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements
