What You’ll Need:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience conducting psychological assessments, counseling, and consultation in school settings
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to culturally responsive practices and inclusive education
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations to support individualized student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and intervention plans
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students
- Offer consultation and support to educators and families regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns
- Contribute to the development of positive behavioral interventions and support strategies
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
