Make an impact supporting students and teams in an on-site School Psychologist position for the upcoming academic year. This full-time contract opportunity offers a chance to provide vital services across multiple sites (2-3 locations, based on caseload) and collaborate closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. With caseload preferences taken into consideration and support throughout your assignment, your expertise will help shape positive educational outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license for the state
  • Experience conducting cognitive assessments, interpreting results, and contributing to eligibility determinations
  • Proficiency with evaluation tools, rating scales, and classroom observation methods
  • Strong communication skills for guiding teams and working with diverse student populations
  • Prior experience in a school environment is preferred

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student evaluations, including cognitive testing and behavioral assessments
  • Interpret eligibility criteria worksheets, guiding school teams through the eligibility process
  • Lead and participate in focus meetings such as re-evaluations, eligibility determinations, child study, and more
  • Partner with educational diagnosticians, social workers, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Perform classroom observations, document findings, and communicate clearly with staff and families
  • Support students across several sites as assigned, adjusting workload with staffing and caseload variations
