Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
- Active state School Psychologist license/certification required
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of special education eligibility, psychological testing, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Pay: 45+ based on experience
Position Details
- Full-time onsite position for the 2026–2027 school year
- 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload of approximately 40–50 students
- Single school assignment at Carylwood/Columbus Intermediate School
- Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP participation, intervention planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- District is interviewing and hiring quickly
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Interpret evaluation data and determine special education eligibility
- Develop recommendations and collaborate with school teams on interventions
- Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate, compliant evaluation reports and documentation
- Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success
