Travel School Psychologist – Suffolk, VA | 2026–2027 School Year | Full-Time | Weekly Pay + Stipends Available

Ready for your next adventure? Soliant is seeking a Travel School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Suffolk, Virginia for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)

  • 2026–2027 school year

  • Onsite only

  • Caseload matched as closely as possible to your preference

  • Assignment may include 2–3 school sites within an assigned borough, based on caseload needs

  • Pay: Weekly pay starting at $2,000 

    • Tax-free housing and meal stipends for qualified travelers

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations

  • Administer cognitive assessments, rating scales, and classroom observations

  • Interpret evaluation results and determine eligibility

  • Guide school teams through the eligibility process

  • Participate in child study, reevaluation, eligibility, manifestation, and termination meetings

  • Collaborate with Educational Diagnosticians, Social Workers, and related service providers

  • Educational Diagnosticians complete achievement testing, allowing School Psychologists to focus on cognitive assessments and eligibility interpretation

Qualifications:

  • Active Virginia Teaching License with a School Psychology endorsement

  • Previous school-based experience preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple campuses
