As a psychological services provider, you’ll be based at a centralized office while servicing 2-3 schools. The district’s innovative workload-based model gives you ownership over your priorities and resources, rather than limiting your day by arbitrary caseload numbers. This approach, paired with an existing team of licensed professional counselors to provide counseling, allows you to focus on evaluations, consultation, intervention planning, and staff collaboration.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist license in Texas
• Experience in school-based psychological services
• Strong skills in assessment, data-driven decision-making, and educational evaluations
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychoeducational evaluations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff regarding students’ needs
• Develop and support intervention plans
• Assist with eligibility meetings, ARDs, and IEPs

• Maintain regular communication and documentation
