Make an impact working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels as a School Psychologist in a dynamic educational setting near Summerville, SC. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to provide vital psychoeducational services to a diverse K-12 student population, supporting their academic and emotional well-being while gaining valuable experience across all grade levels.

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid School Psychologist license in South Carolina (SC)
  • Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and best practices in conducting evaluations
  • Familiarity with the unique developmental and academic needs of K-12 students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Ability to manage a full-time 37.5 hour work week in a contract position

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students K-12
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide consultative support to educators and families on a range of academic, behavioral, and emotional issues
  • Participate in meetings, eligibility determinations, and progress monitoring across assigned grade levels
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional and ethical standards
