Key Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina School Psychologist license required
- Experience with K-12 student populations (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Certification as a School Psychologist
- Strong understanding of developmental, cognitive, and behavioral needs in school-aged children
- Skilled in conducting thorough evaluations and assessments
- Organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and recommend interventions
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support students’ academic, emotional, and social well-being through evidence-based practices
- Provide consultative services to school staff and families
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
