Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid California PPS Credential in School Psychology
  • Experience in assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation within school settings

  • Familiarity with special education regulations and IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans and academic supports
  • Lead and participate in IEP meetings, providing insightful recommendations
  • Deliver counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies
  • Support school-wide initiatives for mental health, wellness, and social-emotional development
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
